To better serve you, the Emergency Operations Training Academy (EOTA) is in the process of identifying professional organizations that require their members to complete continuing education units (CEUs) in order to maintain a registration or certification with that professional organization. Once identified, we will coordinate directly with the professional organizations to determine if the training offered by the EOTA qualifies as CEUs with that particular professional organization and if so how much credit the courses are worth. We will then be able to provide that information to our course participants so that they can submit their certificates of completion to the professional organizations to receive their respective CEU credit. To that end, we are enlisting input from you so please tell us about the professional organization(s) you are a member of and which EOTA courses you believe may be suitable for CEU credit with that organization. In order for this effort to be successful we will require some basic information from our users and request that you complete our survey by clicking this link: http://eota.doeal.gov/eota/tools/ceu_survey.aspx
If you have questions, comments, or concerns please contact Liz Sousa by email at lsousa@eota.energy.gov
Thank you,
Paul Jenkins,
Director, EOTA |
